ABOUT KEEP FIT WITH ANNA
My name is Anna and I'm passionate about all things health and fitness! I'm a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Sports massage therapist and a registered Boxercise Instructor.
I love training myself alongside walking and spending time with my fiance and family. I love and train jiujitsu and have trained under Andy Roberts since 2018. I currently have a purple belt in the sport.
My passion and job is to train and help people become the best version of themselves in a healthy and controlled way.

I have my own private gym where I work with clients 1:1 to build their confidence. My areas of focus for my clients are weight loss and resistance training to help with toning, strength and many other long term health benefits. My specialist area is Boxercise, which is a cardio fitness inspired by martial arts, muscle endurance and strength/toning.
I work with all ages, men and woman, and many of my clients are 50+.

​I am passionate and eager about making people feel comfortable in my sessions and I want to motivate people, as well as help them understand what they need to do to reach their goals! I love to educate you on the great effects fitness has on your body inside and out. Anything is achievable with the right mindset.
WHAT I DO
I have my own private gym in Church Crookham which offers a safe friendly space to grow and learn. I have loads of kit including dumbells, kettlebells, resistant bands, TRX, boxing pad, gloves and bag and also a rack with olympic lifting bar and plates.
With this it unables me and unsures I can provide professional, certified fitness programs designed to help you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals no matter what your goals are.

Through my training, I found a lot of different views on what to eat, and what sort of exercise to do to achieve different goals. It became apparent that the advice out there is sometimes confusing, and people feel confused in what ‘the right thing’ is. I decided I want to try do something about this and help people understand more in this area. If you are keen to change your diet and exercise pattern, I can help you learn how best to do this to get the results you want!
I want to teach you and help you change your behaviour and attitude towards diet and lifestyle rather than just being ‘on a diet’.

1 TO 1 TRAINING
I offer 1 to 1 training to help you achieve your desired goals. Whether that be weight loss, increase cardio or to build muscle. I can set up a programme personal to you and your goals.

I also offer 1 to 2 training if you want to train with a partner or friend for added motivation and support.

SPORTS MASSAGE
I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage and use this to help my clients with any niggles, pains or problems they are having.
I use sports massage, soft tissue techniques and rehabilitation exercises to help individuals, whether a sports injury, long term tight/stiffness or something in between, to aid recovery, reduce chronic pain and help reduce stress or anxiety.

Sports massage is suitable for everyone and not just sports people.
BOXERCISE
With my passion and background in martial arts I offer a range of martial art inspired workouts to help improve cardio and relieve stress. These sessions help with your overall fitness and wellbeing. These are social, fun and will help you with any goals you may have relating to health and fitness. The sessions can be for beginners, up to advanced.

Currently, I hold a Boxercise class every Monday at 6PM at The Key Centre, Elvetham Heath, GU51 1HA.
WEIGHT LOSS
I have worked alongside clients to help with weight lose and helping them understanding their diet habits.
I can work with you to find your likes and dislikes and help you find a way to improve your relationship with food and diet.
Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! Our bodies are machines, so you need to make sure you are fuelling it correctly.
